About the program: The International Operations Business Graduate Programme in Brazil is an international 2-year programme with three 8-months rotations in different regions offering a unique chance to bring your knowledge, skills and talent to life in a global business environment. 1st rotation: Brazil – Sao Paulo

2nd rotation: our headquarters in Denmark

3rd rotation: in one of our international business regions. With each rotation you face new challenges, gain knowledge and experience, while at the same time build a professional network for your future career. Learning Objectives during the programme: Business understanding, Commercial Operations (Sales & Marketing), Finance and systems, Project management.

Requirements: To join the Business Graduate Programme in Brazil you will need a recent master’s or bachelor degreebetween July/2014 - July/2016 in Economics, Accounting, International Relations; International Business; Management, marketing , Publicity & Advertising, Pharmacy, Engineering (some modalities: e.g. Food, Biomedical, Biochemistry, Biotechnology and Bioprocess, Civil, Industrial, Chemical, Production, Management, Industrial Production, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automotive, Electrical, Electronic, Energy, Environmental and Sanitary).

  • Bachelor degree - between July/2014 - July/2016

  • International mind set/culturally adaptable

  • Mobility

  • Fluent in spoken and written English

  • Personal competencies:Drive, results oriented, team player and proactive

Recruitment Process

Upon registration all candidates will need to apply for an online test (English and Logical) that will be sending by Cia de Talentos. The timeline of the processwill follow the steps: 1st stage face-to-face (Group Dynamics and Interviews) on Julyand the second stage face-to-face (Final assessment); 3rd stage (Final interview), July and August; Please, be aware that there may be changes on these dates.
