Then, Management Start Up at Roche Diagnostics Latin America is for you! Program characteristics:
Opportunity for recently graduated Finance talents;
2-year rotational program;
Position based at any Diagnostics site in Latin America;
2-3 international rotations to other Diagnostics sites (most likely, 1-2 rotations in Latin America and 1 rotation outside of Latin America);
Exposure to various Finance functions across Roche Diagnostics with hands-on experience;
Opportunity to contribute to key Finance projects across Latin America;

You are someone who wants to influence your own development. As an ideal candidate, you fulfil all of the requirements below:
You recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or an equivalent field;
Early stage of your career: You are a graduate with up to 2 years of (Finance-related) work experience, including apprenticeships and internships completed throughout your studies;
At least 6 months spent in a foreign country, ideally 1 international internship;
You identify with our Roche values of Integrity, Passion and Courage and are able to live them as a program participant and future leader;
You are a strong team player and can integrate well into different cultures and business settings;
You are a quick learner and passionate about continually developing your capabilities and expertise;
You see challenges as opportunities to grow and demonstrate flexibility when dealing with new situations;
You have excellent communication skills and demonstrate a global mindset;
You are fluent in English and Spanish, any additional language would be an asset;
High degree of mobility, both during the program and afterwards.
Recruitment process: Our application period in 2018 will close on July 23th. After a pre-selection phase, we will invite successful candidates to complete an online assessment. In a consequent step, we would like to learn more about applicants in phone/video interviews. The final candidates will be invited to a 2-day final Assessment Center which takes place in one country in Latin America on September 27-28, 2018. All expenses related to hotel, flights, ground transportation and meals will be covered by Roche. The start date of the program will be in January 2019.
