Desenvolvemos uma equipe talentosa e multidisciplinar, capaz de executar projetos completos de design-build desde o planejamento até o start-up, ou ainda atuar como uma extensão da equipe de engenharia dos nossos clientes, auxiliando em áreas específicas.

Sobre o Programa: As a Dennis Group 2024 Trainee, you’ll learn our business from the inside out as you rotate through our global offices and work on multi-discipline projects of all sizes, from project definition to large-scale greenfield facilities. At Dennis Group, you will be part of a growing team that has one mission: creating the finest food and beverage production facilities in the world. Professionally, you will work with well-known international brands as well as incredible boutique firms on a wide range of exciting projects. Personally, you will develop relationships that last a lifetime and know that you are part of a larger community that is developing nutritious and sustainable solutions for feeding the world’s growing appetite. You’ll learn through doing throughout the program. Trainees actively participate in projects with support from the project team and their department.
Pré-requisitos:
Bachelor's degree completed between December 2021 and December 2023;
All Accounting, Administration, Architectural, Engineering and Financial degrees;
Advanced English.
Etapas do processo seletivo:
Registration;
Online Tests;
Group Assessment Center and Interview with HR and Executive Team;
Technical Interview with Engineers and Architects;
Final Panel and Executive Interview.
