With a presence in 50 countries, 105 plants, 25 research and development centers, and around 30,000 employees as of July 2023, it boasts a strategic footprint that enables it to serve emerging markets globally. With over €16 billion in sales and €509 million in net profit in 2022, it currently plays a key role in the global energy transition and digitalization. The "Build the Future" program by Prysmian Group is a globally-oriented Graduate Program that seeks to recruit talented individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences who are passionate about advancing sustainability and eager to tackle new challenges. The program offers an immersive experience, beginning with a one-week Global Induction in collaboration with a top-ranking business school, followed by a year-long rotation in Research and Development and Operations departments at one of Prysmian's production sites. Afterward, participants take on a local role for 12 months, aligning with their preference and business needs. Subsequently, they embark on a 3-year international assignment in one of Prysmian's 50+ countries, gaining valuable skills, knowledge, and cultural exposure. Ultimately, graduates return to their home country within the organization, ready to assume new technical responsibilities and continue their careers with Prysmian Group.

Who are you?

• You are keen on joining a career in our industry and you are ready to embrace a new challenge;

• You have graduated in the last 18 months, or you are completing a degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) fields;

• You speak English fluently;

• You have worked or studied abroad and/or you are willing to join an international experience with Prysmian Group;
