You must be in the final year of study or have graduated with less than 3 years’ work experience;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Candidates for regular Brazil positions must be a Brazil citizen or national or an individual who possesses valid work authorization;
You are required to have graduated prior to your first day at Shell;
As part of our process to identify remarkable individuals, we use a competency-based assessment methodology which focuses on Capacity, Achievement and Relationships (CAR);
